Δαβίδ *As deep as the heights, Mathias takes us on a meditative trek to where the land meets the sky in 14 locations around the world. As far-reaching as this sonic trek is, so are the deep outcomes of peace and serenity. Not only are the signature drones present but also some rhyths from those high places are represented (Tibetan in particular), raising the stature of this travelogue... So press forward and take the journey and receive the experience of these epic peaks!
-I agree with the previous reviewer, a CD set via Databloem or GS Productions (121 mastering) would an additional blessing. Favorite track: The K 2 - Mount Godwin Austen.

Berkdrums Wow!! Another HUGE MONSTER-release by the ‘dronekaiser’ (I love that name, made up by dear friend and living ambient-encyclopedia Richard Gürtler). I’m speechless because this is such a huge release that came out of nowhere and as I was listening (I needed a few days in between work to get through the whole album), it became obvious for me that this album is simply a masterpiece, and belongs among his best works.. And what a brilliant topic for this album: the majestic, and huge mountains of the earth... Now I can’t stop thinking of this album as a boxset on Databloem or GS Productions or something.. that would be so amazing. Until then I strongly recommend this digital monster-release! Thanks Mathias...
